Hey friends! I want to share a meal I usually make multiple times a month!! A super easy meal with a lot of veggies + healthy and easy to modify! Like, this recipie is so simple if you can not cook, you can even make this and it taste amazing!!
I get a stir fry mix from the produce section at my grocery store!
I start the rice before anything else, use the directions on whichever rice brand you like! I use uncle bens white rice. I do one cup of rice and two cups of water all in a small pot. Once the water starts to boil I cover it then cook it for 20 minutes.
After this a pan sauté the chicken in butter- with a little garlic salt, pepper, and usually I throw whatever other spices I can find!
Once the chicken is cooked I start the veggies, I put them in a large fry pan with a drizzle of coconut aminos or soy sauce! I’ve been really liking the coconut aminos lately! Once the veggies are soft enough for my liking, maybe after 7-8 minutes, then, I put the chicken back in the pan and warm it back up then enjoy!!
This meal is so yummy and healthy its such an easy way to get your veggies in! I’m a sucker for anything with rice so this is really right up my ally!
