Here in College Station, the temperatures are rising! (thank goodness!!) I’m totally enjoying this weather. I THRIVE when it’s 80º and above! I can put down the self tanner for a couple of months since I get naturally tan this time of year! Y’all I want my skin this summer to be goals…. and that is my goal!
Heres the thing I have dry skin no matter the season. (thanks eczema) Recently I have been trying to make sure I’m staying hydrated, this is a big task. Especially, when all I want to do is sit by the pool and drink white claw… I have no shame. Being mindful about how much water I am consuming is not ideal.
I’ve been using SPF every time I spend time outside. I really like the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer body mist– it is amazing not only does it protect your skin but it also gives you the most healthy JLo Glow. I’m not lying it’s perfection. I also will use tanning oil spray either alone or with the sunscreen. This allows me to not over expose my skin to the sun.
My year round foundation is the itcosmetics cc cream. I can’t recommend this enough you can’t beat the coverage, finish, and that it has an SPF of 50! But on days when I don’t wear makeup I always use the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer dry touch lotion. I feel like this hands down is a winner you can’t beat having a great SPF and a glowy non-sticky finish!
ALWAYS after spending the day outside a good shower with a moisturizing body wash followed by a rich lotion is a must! Get ready for the tan summer glow, & the summer skin goals!!

Make sure you’re drinking lots of water! Reapply moisturizer several times a day!!
