Steamboat Springs, Colorado has a really special place in my heart. My Grandparents took us on family vacations here every other summer up until my Grandmother passed away. I went last summer while visiting my Aunt and Uncle who live in the Denver area, flooding me with so many childhood memories. This year my Granddad decided he wanted to go with his grandkids. COVID almost stopped our travel plans since Colorado just started opening back up, luckily we were still able to go! We made the exhausting nearly 20-hour drive on Friday arriving early Saturday morning!

What to eat!
One thing I love is trying new places to eat! There’s nothing better than finding a great new restaurant!
- Mazzola’s Italian Diner- You have to try the butternut squash ravioli! Everything we’ve had from here is incredible! Actually, this place was my only request! Here
- Winona’s Restaurant and Bakery- This place offers so much yummy food. We ate here for breakfast one morning! The food was so fresh and good quality, it made for the perfect breakfast outing! I got the veggie burrito and now my mouth is watering! Here
- Noodles & More Saigon Cafe- We came here for lunch and got the Chicken Pad Thai. Honestly, I have never tried Pad Thai before coming here it was so stinkin’ good I recreated it when I got home!! Here
- Freshies- I don’t even know where to begin! I dream about this place I wish I could just pack up the restaurant and bring it home! This by far was my favorite breakfast we had! I got the acai bowl with a freshies splash cocktail (if I had one meal for the rest of my life.. this is it)! Here
- Otto Pint- Not your normal Pizza and beer! Enjoy the fun flavors of craft beer with a view! This place has such a fun atmosphere with an indoor/ outdoor feel! Here
- Fuzziwigs- The perfect after lunch or dinner or both dessert! From every candy, you could ever want to caramel apples to ice cream to fresh fudge! No one will leave empty-handed!

Steamboat Springs, Colorado will give you a trip you will never forget. With all of the wilderness’ beauty, you will be forced to unwind and destress! To be able to enjoy the mountain is something so special! I really wanted to the Steamboat Springs, Colorado travel guide up ASAP!
